9 leaders and commanders of Quang Ninh Provincial Police Department asked for early retirement

Quang Ninh Provincial Police have just organized the ceremony to present retirement decisions to 9 leaders and commanders at the department level and equivalent who voluntarily applied for early retirement to reorganize and streamline the apparatus.

According to information from the Quang Ninh Provincial Police, on the morning of February 12, the unit held a ceremony to announce and hand over the decision of the Provincial Police Director on early retirement for 9 officers who are department-level leaders and equivalent.

At the announcement ceremony, the Provincial Police Director handed over the decision to retire from work and enjoy retirement benefits from March 1, 2025 to 9 people, including 5 department heads, 4 deputy department heads, and deputy district police chiefs.

Specifically: Colonel Le Duc Hien, born in 1966, Head of Logistics Department; Colonel Nguyen Duc Quy, born in 1966, Chief Inspector of the Provincial Police; Colonel Nguyen Hai Phong, born in 1969, Head of Mobile Police Department; Lieutenant Colonel Le Dinh Dong, born in 1966, Head of Records Department; Lieutenant Colonel Vu Van Thuc, born in 1967, Head of Immigration Management Department; Colonel Vu Minh Duc, born in 1966, Deputy Head of Dong Trieu City Police; Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Van Dinh, born in 1965, Deputy Head of Cam Pha City Police; Lieutenant Colonel Ngo Quoc Thong, born in 1967, Deputy Head of Van Don District Police and Lieutenant Colonel Hoang Van Vinh, born in 1967, Deputy Head of Records Department.
