An Giang decentralizes the transfer of jobs for civil servants in the education sector

GD&TĐ - An Giang province has assigned the right to transfer jobs of civil servants in education and training units under the People's Committees of communes, wards and special zones in the province.

On December 5, the People's Committee of An Giang province issued a Decision to authorize the transfer of civil servants in educational public service units under the People's Committees of communes, wards, and special zones in the province (abbreviated as the People's Committees at the commune level).

Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee authorizes the Director of the Department of Education and Training to decide to transfer civil servants in the education and training public service unit under the People's Committee of this commune to work at the education and training public service unit under the People's Committee of another commune in An Giang province; or transfer to an education and training public service unit outside the province and vice versa after receiving the consent of the Director of the Department of Home Affairs.

The Chairman of the People's Committee at the commune level decides to transfer the work of civil servants in the educational and training units under the management of the People's Committee.

This Decision takes effect until the end of the 2025-2026 school year.

In case there are new regulations on the authority to transfer civil servants in the education and training public service units under the People's Committee at the commune level, it shall be implemented according to current regulations.
