Customers trust and frequently visit because of the cheerful atmosphere and friendly service style, which has helped Mr. Tai's business thrive.

Mr. Tài graduated with honors from the Aerospace Engineering department of Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology. Afterwards, he and his wife worked in Japan for a period before deciding to return to their hometown to start a business.

Having had extensive experience with self-selection lottery games in Japan, Mr. Tai was immediately excited about the novelty and advanced nature of this type of lottery when the Vietnam Computerized Lottery Company (Vietlott) launched its self-selection lottery business in the Vietnamese market. To date, Mr. Tài owns three retail outlets in Trà Vinh. Among them, the outlet at 41A Nguyễn Thái Học is known as the "lucky outlet".

In particular, thanks to the support of the people, the revenue from Mr. Tai's three sales points consistently reaches hundreds of millions of VND each month. On peak days, revenue can even reach 30-40 million VND.

"Every time Vietlott's prize money goes up, more people come to play the lottery. People like our place because the staff are cheerful and enthusiastic; when customers are playing Keno, the staff even play with them," Tài said with a smile.

According to Mr. Tai, the Power 6/55 lottery is always the most popular. Besides that, the Mega 6/45 lottery also has stable sales. Recently, the Keno quick-draw lottery, with a frequency of every 8 minutes, has also attracted a large number of players in Tra Vinh.

Notably, Mr. Tài has twice sold tickets that won the Jackpot 2 prize, totaling nearly 8 billion VND. The winning customers even came to share their joy with him afterward. He confided that those were the happiest moments of his career.

"When the company informed me that my sales outlet had won the Jackpot, I was overjoyed. The next day, the customer arrived at 6 a.m., and I assisted with the prize redemption process very quickly and efficiently," Mr. Tai said.

After years in the business, Tài's ventures have stabilized and he has a large base of regular customers. He believes he has found the right job and is fortunate, helping not only himself but also bringing opportunities to many others. Tài's success stems not only from seizing business opportunities but also from his passion for his work and dedication to his customers.

"Starting a Vietlott business was the right decision for me, it suits my name, Phat Tai (meaning 'Prosperity'). Now I just hope there will be a new Jackpot prize in Tra Vinh to rekindle the excitement and excitement of the past," Mr. Tai added.
