NDO - On the morning of August 22, at the Party Central Committee Headquarters, the Steering Committee summarizing a number of theoretical and practical issues on the socialist-oriented renovation process in Vietnam over the past 40 years held its fourth meeting. General Secretary and President To Lam, Standing member of the Secretariat Luong Cuong and Comrade Nguyen Xuan Thang, Politburo member, Director of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, Chairman of the Central Theoretical Council chaired and conducted the meeting.
