The Provincial Party Committee gives directives and opinions on a number of issues within its authority.

On the afternoon of February 1st, the Provincial Party Committee held a meeting to discuss and approve several matters within its authority. The meeting was chaired by comrades: Le Thi Thuy, Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, and Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council; Dinh Thi Lua, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; and Truong Quoc Huy, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, and Head of the Provincial Delegation to the National Assembly. Attending the meeting were members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, members of the Provincial Party Committee; and representatives from the Provincial Party Organization Department, the Provincial Party Committee Office, and the Provincial People's Committee Office.

In her opening remarks at the conference, Comrade Le Thi Thuy, Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, and Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council, emphasized: To ensure comprehensive and timely leadership and guidance from the Party Committee, the Provincial Party Committee's Executive Committee meeting focused on consolidating and supplementing personnel. Therefore, the Provincial Party Secretary requested that delegates uphold their sense of responsibility, closely adhere to and strictly comply with the regulations and guiding documents of the Central Committee, and consider and proceed with voting to consolidate and supplement members of the Provincial Party Committee's Executive Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term in accordance with regulations.

At the conference, the Provincial Party Committee heard Comrade Dang Dinh Thoang, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department, present the plan to consolidate and add 5 members to the Provincial Party Committee and 2 members to the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee. After hearing the presentation of the plan, the members of the Provincial Party Committee proceeded to vote to elect 5 additional members to the Provincial Party Committee and 2 additional members to the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term. The conference was conducted according to the five-step secret ballot procedure.

During the same day's working session, the Provincial Party Committee approved the adjustment of the investment plan for the Modern and Innovative Urban Area construction project.

Concluding the conference, Comrade Le Thi Thuy, Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, and Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council, emphasized: Regarding personnel work, the Provincial Party Committee unanimously nominated 5 comrades to be added to the Provincial Party Committee and 2 comrades to be added to the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term with a high concentration of votes. The Provincial Party Committee assigned the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to lead and direct the Provincial Party Organization Department to advise on completing the necessary procedures and documents to report to the Central Organization Department and the Secretariat for consideration and decision, ensuring compliance with all regulations.

Regarding the policy on adjusting the investment policy for the Modern and Innovative Urban Area Construction Project, the Provincial Party Committee unanimously agreed on the proposal from the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee concerning the adjustment of the investment policy for the Modern and Innovative Urban Area Construction Project. The Provincial Party Committee assigned the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee to lead and direct the Provincial People's Committee to instruct relevant agencies, units, and localities to implement the above policy in accordance with regulations (especially regulations on bidding, land, investment, construction, etc.), ensuring consistency with relevant planning.

The Provincial Party Secretary emphasized: In preparation for the traditional Lunar New Year, he urged all members of the Provincial Party Committee, in their respective positions, to proactively implement their assigned tasks effectively, thereby contributing to ensuring that everyone can celebrate the New Year joyfully, warmly, safely, healthily, and economically. The Provincial Party Secretary extended his best wishes to all Party members and people throughout the province for a healthy, happy, prosperous, and successful New Year.
