Auction of surplus land during field renovation

The Provincial People's Committee agreed in principle to let the People's Committee of Dien Ban town decide to publicly auction the excess land volume in the process of renovating and improving Tra Co rice fields with a volume of about 30,152.5m ³ , currently stored at the Trang Nhat Industrial Cluster's staging area.

The Provincial People's Committee assigned the People's Committee of Dien Ban town to determine the quality, types of minerals and volume of materials at the staging area; calculate and determine the full amount of mineral resource tax, mineral exploitation right fee, and environmental protection fee according to regulations to include in the starting price of the asset auction.

At the same time, develop, appraise and approve starting prices to organize auctions, pay auction winnings to the state budget and pay expenses related to the sale of state assets in accordance with regulations.

Previously, on June 17, 2024, the People's Committee of Dien Ban town submitted Document No. 203 requesting the Provincial People's Committee to agree on the policy of auctioning excess minerals in the process of renovating and improving Tra Co fields.
