Handing over the duties of Secretary of Dien Bien Dong District Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term

Comrade Mua A Vang signed the handover of the duties of Secretary of the Military Party Committee of Dien Bien Dong district to comrade Nguyen Van Luong, Deputy Secretary of the Military Party Committee of the district.

Accordingly, comrade Mua A Vang, alternate member of the Party Central Committee, member of the Provincial Party Committee, former Secretary of Dien Bien Dong District Party Committee, handed over the task to comrade Bui Ngoc La, acting Secretary of the District Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

Also at this conference, comrade Mua A Vang handed over the duties and powers of Chairman of the People's Council of Dien Bien Dong district for the 2021-2026 term to comrade Ngo Van Thanh, Vice Chairman of the District People's Council.

Delegates presented flowers to congratulate comrades: Mua A Vang, former Secretary of the District Party Committee, former Chairman of the District People's Council; Lo Hai Dung, former Standing Deputy Secretary of the Dien Bien Dong District Party Committee on taking on new duties.

Comrade Mua A Vang also signed the handover of the task of Secretary of the Military Party Committee of Dien Bien Dong district to comrade Nguyen Van Luong, Deputy Secretary of the Military Party Committee of the district.
