Handing over the duties of Secretary of Dien Bien Dong District Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term

Comrade Mùa A Vảng signed the handover document for the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the Điện Biên Đông District Military Command to Comrade Nguyễn Văn Lương, Deputy Secretary of the District Military Command Party Committee.

Accordingly, Comrade Mua A Vang, alternate member of the Central Committee of the Party, member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, and former Secretary of the Dien Bien Dong District Party Committee, handed over his duties to Comrade Bui Ngoc La, acting Secretary of the District Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

Also at this conference, Comrade Mua A Vang handed over the duties and powers of the Chairman of the Dien Bien Dong District People's Council for the 2021-2026 term to Comrade Ngo Van Thanh, Vice Chairman of the District People's Council.

Delegates presented flowers to congratulate comrades Mùa A Vảng, former Secretary of the District Party Committee and former Chairman of the District People's Council; and Lò Hải Dung, former Standing Deputy Secretary of the Điện Biên Đông District Party Committee, on their new assignments.

Comrade Mua A Vang also signed the handover document for the position of Secretary of the Dien Bien Dong District Military Party Committee to Comrade Nguyen Van Luong, Deputy Secretary of the District Military Party Committee.
