The Central Relief Mobilization Committee has received over 1,175 billion VND to support people in disaster areas.

As of December 5, more than 1.1 million people, over 10,000 organizations, units and businesses have supported people in the provinces to overcome the consequences of storms and floods through the Central Relief Mobilization Committee, with a total amount of over VND 1,175,249 billion.

Continuing to respond to the call of the Presidium of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front to support people affected by floods, as of December 5, more than 1.1 million people, over 10,000 organizations, units and businesses have supported people in the provinces to overcome the consequences of storms and floods through the Central Relief Mobilization Committee, with a total amount of over 1,175,249 billion VND.

From the received amount, the Central Relief Mobilization Committee has allocated 10 installments with a budget of VND 833,152 billion through the accounts of the Relief Committee or the Fatherland Front Committee of 23 provinces and cities; of which, the allocated budget is VND 828,382 billion; the allocated support products are VND 4,77 billion.

In addition to allocating funds and products to localities, the Central Relief Mobilization Committee has coordinated with transportation businesses (Xe Viet Nam, Giaohangtietkiem.vn), Vietnam Railways Corporation, VN Airlines to support free transportation of over 200 tons of goods including essential products to directly support people in the provinces: Thai Nguyen, Nghe An, Ha Tinh, Quang Tri, Hue, Gia Lai, Dak Lak , Khanh Hoa, Lam Dong.

Also in localities, from October 2025 to present, the Vietnam Fatherland Front in 34 provinces, cities and at all levels has launched programs to respond to the call of the Presidium of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front through the form of on-site support, directly transferring support resources to affected localities. According to preliminary statistics, to date, the Vietnam Fatherland Front system at all levels has mobilized over 3,700 billion VND to support people to overcome the consequences caused by storms and floods.
