On this occasion, the two units also agreed to effectively implement the publication of printed newspapers in accordance with Directive No. 11 dated December 28, 1996 of the Politburo ; Official Dispatch No. 1811 dated January 6, 2023 and Official Dispatch No. 5393 dated July 24, 2025 of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee on continuing to purchase and read Party newspapers and magazines.
