Arrest of suspect for lending money to appropriate red book

With the above trick, Thuy and Khai appropriated the red books of many people in Tran De district, then transferred them to others to appropriate billions of dong.

Defendant Lam Minh Khai was prosecuted and temporarily detained by the police.
