Speaking with a reporter from Giao Thong Newspaper, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Phuong, Party Secretary and head of Residential Area No. 5 (Ke Sat town), said: "Dong Xa now has the appearance of a town, but the people still seem isolated. The entire area has 320 households with 1,121 people, but whenever they want to go to the town center, they still have to travel by ferry or boat. All the people here are eagerly awaiting the completion and operation of the bridge across the river to break the isolation and help people travel more conveniently and safely."
