The Center for Cadre Training and Scientific Research of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (the Center) recently held the closing ceremony for the training course on Fatherland Front work for full-time officials at the Department level and equivalent (Course XI) in 2024.

In accordance with Plan No. 07/KH-MTTW-TTBDCB dated April 16, 2024, of the Center for Training and Scientific Research of the Vietnam Fatherland Front on organizing the training courses on professional skills for Fatherland Front work, Course XI, 2024, after 9 days of study and research, on December 4, 2024, the closing ceremony of the training course on professional skills for Fatherland Front work (Third Course - Course XI, 2024) was held at the headquarters of the Center for Training and Scientific Research of the Vietnam Fatherland Front.

The training course on Front work for officials includes 42 participants, comprising Chairpersons and Vice-Chairpersons of the Fatherland Front Committees at the district level and equivalent. The specialized staff are experts from the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at the central, provincial, and district levels, as well as Standing Committee members of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at the district level from 13 provinces and cities.
Speaking at the ceremony, Dr. Le Mau Nhiem, Director of the Training Center for Cadres and Scientific Research of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, said that the training course focused on conveying, researching, and exchanging with trainees topics relevant to the current situation of the Fatherland Front's work. The lecturers were highly qualified, knowledgeable about the Fatherland Front's work and mass mobilization, and enthusiastic in their discussions, providing many illustrative examples from the local situation to help trainees easily grasp and absorb the information.

In addition, the trainees demonstrated a positive attitude towards learning, interacted well with the instructors, and adhered to the regulations during the training. 100% of the trainees diligently wrote and submitted their assignments on time and to a high standard. Notably, some trainees offered strategic, long-term proposals for innovating Front work in the near future. Based on the learning outcomes and assignments, 42 trainees met the requirements to be awarded certificates of completion for the training course.
