The Ministry of Health has just held an online conference to disseminate the Law on Medical Examination and Treatment No. 15/2023/QH15 to more than 1,000 points nationwide. One of the important new points is that the Law stipulates a number of contents on the autonomy mechanism of public medical examination and treatment facilities, and specific regulations on medical examination and treatment prices.
