Many new and advanced techniques have been implemented, such as laparoscopic obstetric and gynecological surgery, continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT) in newborns, and surfactant administration for respiratory failure treatment; maternal and neonatal mortality rates have decreased significantly; bed occupancy rates have increased from 60% at the beginning of the term to 94% currently; and patient satisfaction rates for both inpatients and outpatients are above 95%. The aim is to improve the quality of medical services and in-depth expertise in obstetrics, gynecology, and pediatrics, meeting the healthcare needs of people inside and outside the province. The target is to achieve a hospital quality score above 4; to be upgraded to a Grade I specialized hospital, and to be classified at the advanced technical level. Annually, the Party Committee will be rated as having successfully completed its tasks or better.

To complete the goal of building a grade I, specialized hospital, promoting high technology, improving the quality of treatment and ensuring income for employees is a key task. Master, Doctor, CKII Le Ly Ha Lien, Head of the hospital's General Planning Department, said: "The hospital focuses on investment and human resources for new fields: Interventional cardiology, assisted reproduction (IUI, IVF), functional exploration; developing high-tech services: Continuous blood filtration, advanced laparoscopic surgery, treatment of high-risk obstetric cases (preeclampsia, placenta accreta), treatment of premature newborns.
