BIDV spreads corporate culture for sustainable development

The BIDV Tuyen Quang Cultural Ambassador Contest helps employees and staff understand and internalize BIDV's culture.

According to Nguyen Duc Hanh, Director of BIDV Tuyen Quang branch : In its business development strategy until 2025, with a vision to 2030, the BIDV leadership has identified "Human resources and corporate culture" as one of the three main pillars of development. Simultaneously, they have standardized corporate culture, issuing the "BIDV Culture Handbook" with five core values: Intelligence - Trust - Integrity - Professionalism - Aspiration, expressed through the acronym "iBIDV," along with five ethical standards, nine codes of conduct, and eighteen points to note in communication and task performance.

To ensure that BIDV's culture continues to spread and be widely practiced in the daily behavior and activities of each employee throughout the system, BIDV organized the "BIDV Culture Ambassador 2024" competition with online knowledge rounds for the entire system, preliminary rounds at the grassroots level, system-level rounds, and a system-level final round.

In June 2024, BIDV Tuyen Quang organized the "Cultural Ambassador 2024" competition, the preliminary round. The competition helped employees understand and internalize BIDV's culture, contributing to translating cultural and ethical standards into practical actions, thereby improving the quality of banking services and creating a unique style and identity for BIDV.

Mr. Hua Thanh Tung, Head of the Individual Customer Department at BIDV Tuyen Quang, shared: "The emulation movement in learning, practicing, and spreading corporate culture has helped to unite and bond employees throughout the system, enhancing pride in being a BIDV employee. At the same time, this activity helps BIDV staff improve their knowledge, enhance their professional skills, and handle customer situations. This demonstrates BIDV's commitment to improving the quality of products and services and bringing satisfaction to customers."

Ms. Tran Thi Luyen, from Hung Thanh ward (Tuyen Quang city), commented that the disbursement procedures at BIDV Tuyen Quang are currently very quick and convenient, and the staff's attitude is excellent. She feels satisfied with the products and services that BIDV Tuyen Quang is providing.

BIDV Tuyen Quang currently has total assets of VND 5,000 billion, and its credit quality is always ensured to be safe and sustainable. The branch's network has been expanding with a system including 1 head office and 7 transaction offices, along with a system of ATMs and POS machines, contributing to serving and meeting the needs of customers in the best possible way.
