This is a practical activity to celebrate the 7th Congress of the Artillery Corps Trade Union, for the period 2023-2028. At the exchange session, outstanding trade union officials and members of the Artillery Corps shared their experiences, best practices, and practical models that have made a mark on the workers' movement and trade union activities of the Artillery Corps during the period 2018-2023.

Over the past five years, the workers' movement and trade union activities within the Corps have been comprehensively led and implemented by the Corps Party Committee and Party committees at all levels. This has been focused, prioritized, and consistently innovative, achieving the basic targets and tasks of the 2018-2023 Five-Year Action Program, with some tasks completed well and excellently. This has resulted in the emergence of exemplary collectives and individuals, as well as many effective methods and innovative models.

Over the years, the Trade Union of the Artillery Officer School has been one of the strongest and most exemplary trade union organizations.

Sharing best practices, Colonel Nguyen Thi Yen, Head of the Basic Sciences Department and a member of the Trade Union at the Artillery Officer School, said: "We focus on building a team of union members with strong political convictions, a love for their profession, and a willingness to overcome difficulties and hardships. In addition, all activities are always linked to emulation movements. Many models have been implemented by the Trade Union in coordination with departments and divisions within the school, such as: "Scientific research and technical innovation teams," "English Club," "Excellent lectures and teaching methods," etc., which have brought practical value and contributed greatly to the work. Through these activities and models, the Trade Union has directly contributed to improving professional skills and teaching quality, earning the trust of officers and students."

The Trade Union of Workshop 965 is a unit directly under the Department of Engineering of the Armed Forces, with the main task of the workshop being to research, produce, and repair weapons and equipment in the Armed Forces' inventory to serve national defense purposes.

Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Cong Hoc, Chairman of the Trade Union of Workshop 965, emphasized: "We focus on implementing the movement to promote initiatives and technical improvements launched by the grassroots trade union. Trade union officials must be approachable, encouraging and motivating union members to be bold in their thinking, creative in their work, and strive to find better solutions in their work at all positions."

In addition, the Factory's Trade Union Executive Committee proposed to the factory's leadership and management the establishment of an "Innovation Support Team" as a place to receive creative ideas from union members; from here, union members feel closer, more comfortable, and more confident in presenting their ideas. After receiving creative ideas, the Innovation Support Team conducts discussions and objectively evaluates them, then supports the authors of the innovations in refining their ideas and developing them into innovative solutions for immediate application in the production process.

With its innovative approach, over the years, Workshop 965 has implemented dozens of initiatives within the unit, creating momentum and spreading creativity among union members and workers.

Speaking at the exchange event, Colonel Le Duc Hoe, Head of Political Affairs of the Corps, highly appreciated the efforts and responsibility of cadres and union members at all levels in union activities over the past years. In the coming time, to continue promoting the effectiveness of the workers' movement and union activities, leaders and commanders at all levels need to strengthen leadership and guidance, provide practical support, and create conditions for the workers' movement and union activities to operate in the right direction and effectively. He hoped that cadres and union members would develop their professional capabilities, sense of responsibility, and creative work to achieve higher efficiency in their work, contributing to the successful fulfillment of the Corps' political tasks in the new phase.

At the exchange event, the organizing committee presented awards to 17 outstanding individuals for their contributions to trade union activities and the workers' movement during the period 2018-2023.
