Dr. Hoang Duan affirmed that the festival program will have its own characteristics, creating a unique mark of Binh Dinh. In particular, the art program on the opening night will highlight the appearance of the image of a school of ocean tuna combined with sound and light effects; street art activities with a parade promoting Binh Dinh heritage, Binh Dinh ocean tuna; culinary program with international chefs promoting dishes with the main ingredients being ocean tuna and Binh Dinh agricultural products...

Nguyen Tuan Thanh, Standing Vice Chairman of Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee, said that the festival is an opportunity to promote the quintessence of Binh Dinh coastal land to enhance its position on the Vietnam tourism map, attract domestic and international tourists; invite investors to learn and join hands to develop Binh Dinh.

This festival will also contribute to increasing the number of tourists to Quy Nhon City. At the same time, it will enhance the brand value of typical products, OCOP products, traditional craft villages of the province, focusing on promoting high-value marine products; especially Binh Dinh ocean tuna.

According to Mr. Nguyen Tuan Thanh, ocean tuna is a strong product of Binh Dinh province with an average annual output of nearly 14,000 tons, accounting for more than 60% of the country's ocean tuna output.

The program will serve 1,500 free meals to visitors at the children's park on An Duong Vuong Street (Quy Nhon City) at 5:30 p.m. every day, from July 11 to 15.

At the festival, through the hands of talented chefs from Ho Chi Minh City, Japan and Australia, Binh Dinh province's tuna was butchered, filleted and processed into very creative, nutritious and delicious dishes.

Along with the food, the festival organizers also invited Mr. Vo Tan Sy, president of the Saigon Bartenders Association, to mix 5 types of cocktails from Bau Da wine to serve diners.
