On the morning of June 21st, Comrade Nguyen Tien Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, along with other members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and leaders of the Provincial People's Council and People's Committee, visited and congratulated press agencies and journalists in the province on the occasion of the 98th anniversary of Vietnam's Revolutionary Press Day (June 21, 1925 – June 21, 2023).

The delegation visited and extended congratulations to Thai Binh Radio and Television Station, Thai Binh Newspaper, the Provincial Journalists Association, the Nhan Dan Newspaper's permanent office, the Vietnam News Agency in Thai Binh, and the Department of Information and Communications.

At the press agencies, provincial leaders listened to reports on the results of propaganda activities over the past year. On behalf of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Council, and the Provincial People's Committee, Comrade Nguyen Tien Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, acknowledged and praised the achievements of the press agencies in the past period, and extended his best wishes to the team of journalists on the occasion of the 98th anniversary of the Vietnamese Revolutionary Press Day.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council affirmed that the Party Committee, government, and people of Thai Binh province have strived to overcome difficulties and challenges to develop socio-economic aspects. Contributing to these results is the timely information and propaganda work of the press agencies. In particular, the officials, reporters, and collaborators of the province's press agencies have propagated and promoted the Party's policies and resolutions, bringing them to life and truthfully reflecting the achievements. Through national and regional press awards, the team of journalists in the province has increasingly produced high-quality works for readers. In the coming period, to achieve the goals and plans set at the beginning of the year, further efforts are required from the entire political system. The press, as the mouthpiece of the Party Committee and Thai Binh province, must be responsible for closely following the province's political tasks to fully convey and inform, encouraging all levels of cadres and the people to wholeheartedly carry out political tasks. The press needs to closely follow real-life situations to discover, publicize, and encourage achievements, especially exemplary individuals and good deeds in implementing the Party's guidelines and the State's policies and laws. A firm stance and timely, frank struggle against opportunistic elements with misguided ideologies hindering the province's overall development are necessary. On the front of combating corruption and negative practices, the press must make positive contributions, condemning and fighting concretely to make the political system increasingly cleaner. The team of reporters must maintain a spirit of unity, a firm stance, and hone their professional skills to produce outstanding journalistic works that contribute to the overall development of the province.

At the Thai Binh bureaus of Nhan Dan Newspaper and Vietnam News Agency, provincial leaders expressed their hope that in the future, central news agencies and media outlets would continue to cooperate with Thai Binh, strengthening the dissemination, promotion, and introduction of the province's potential and strengths in all fields to contribute to the further development of Thai Binh province.
