The Permanent Deputy Prime Minister informed that, implementing the Session's Program, the Government sent to delegates 14 full reports on the implementation results of 16 resolutions of the 14th and 15th National Assemblies on thematic supervision and questioning.

Reporting on some main and outstanding contents, the Permanent Deputy Prime Minister stated that in the financial field, the Government and the Prime Minister have focused on directing the review of 12 laws and submitted to the National Assembly for approval 8 laws on state budget, prices, state capital management in enterprises and a number of specialized tax laws; approved 108/111 national planning and continued to handle difficulties and obstacles in planning work associated with the arrangement of administrative units and the organization of 2-level local governments.

Strictly control the work of budgeting, allocation, management and use of state budget and public assets. Focus on reviewing, synthesizing, classifying, developing plans and resolutely removing obstacles for long-standing backlog projects. Promote modernization of tax management and resolutely handle tax arrears.

Continuing to promote the restructuring of state-owned enterprises. The Prime Minister has issued many telegrams and documents directing drastic measures to remove difficulties and obstacles, promote the development of social housing, the real estate market and implement the Project to build at least 1 million social housing units. Submit to the National Assembly for approval the Law on Urban and Rural Planning; promptly institutionalize Resolution No. 06-NQ/TW of the Politburo on planning, construction, management and sustainable development of urban areas in Vietnam.

Directing the implementation of the assessment of local innovation indexes to promote socio-economic development based on science, technology and innovation.
