Accordingly, the Program Organizing Committee provided 7,500 seedlings (including lat, doi, and teak) and 1,500 kg of fertilizer to 4 households participating in planting large timber forests with a total area of 5 hectares.

This activity is part of the cooperation between CRED Agricultural and Tourism Solutions Consulting Company Limited and the Embassy of the Netherlands in Vietnam, to implement the Forest Planting Project in Lao Cai Province. The project's goal is to contribute to overcoming the consequences of natural disasters, improving resilience to climate change and supporting the livelihoods of local people.

Households participating in the project are those with productive forest land and are committed to planting and caring for forests long-term. Priority is given to supporting women-headed households and ethnic minority households heavily affected by natural disasters.
In addition to providing seedlings and fertilizers, the Project also organizes technical training courses and guides on sustainable forest planting and care processes for households participating in the model.
The large-scale timber plantation project in Bao Yen commune will be implemented from July to December 2025.
