Notably, this is the 4th consecutive championship of the red shirt girls at the SEA Games arena.
After that achievement, Southeast Asian fans sent many congratulations to coach Mai Duc Chung and his team.
“Amazing, congratulations to the Vietnam women's team for winning their fourth consecutive championship,” a fan wrote on the Asean Football page.

Another audience member commented that the Vietnamese women's team has overwhelming strength compared to the rest of regional football.
