On behalf of the Enforcement Department were Mr. Mai Cong Danh, Director of the Enforcement Department; Mr. Tran Phuong Nam, Deputy Director of the Enforcement Department; Mr. Dinh Quang Thanh, Deputy Head of the Personnel and Organization Department of the Enforcement Department – Chairman of the Lawyers' Association Branch of the Enforcement Department, and all members of the Branch.

The Association of Lawyers of the Department of THADS has 21 members. The members work at 04 specialized Departments and equivalents of the Department of THADS of the province.
During the past term, despite many difficulties, the Lawyers' Association of the Quang Binh Provincial Enforcement Department has made many efforts to gradually build and improve its organization, develop membership; strengthen political and ideological education for members, and instill confidence in the policies and guidelines of the Party and the State in the new development period.
Through this, members gain a fuller understanding of their responsibilities: participating in lawmaking, conducting legal research, disseminating and educating the public about the law, etc., actively contributing to the successful implementation of tasks at their agencies and units, and contributing positively to the implementation of the judicial reform and administrative reform strategies at the local level.
"These results were achieved thanks to the attention and guidance of the Party Committee and the agency's leadership; the coordination between mass organizations; and the efforts of all members of the Branch Association," said Mr. Dinh Quang Thanh, Head of the Branch Association of Lawyers of the Enforcement Department.

The Congress also seriously reviewed existing shortcomings and their causes, drawing lessons learned and outlining directions and tasks for the 2024-2029 term.
In their remarks at the Congress, Mr. Tran Phuong Nam, Deputy Director of the Civil Judgment Enforcement Department, and Mr. Nguyen Xuan Tuyen, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Lawyers Association, commended and highly appreciated the achievements of the Branch Association during the past term. They also emphasized several key tasks to be implemented in the upcoming term to ensure the Branch Association continues to develop in both quantity and quality.
The congress elected three members to the Executive Committee for the 2024-2029 term. Ms. Phan Thi Bich Hang, a junior enforcement officer in the Department of Enforcement and Organization of Judgments, was elected as the Head of the Lawyers' Association Branch of the Department of Judgment Enforcement.

At the Congress of the Lawyers' Association Branch of the Quang Binh Provincial Inspectorate, representing the Provincial Lawyers' Association were Ms. Nguyen Thi Lai and Mr. Dang Phuc Due, Vice Presidents of the Provincial Lawyers' Association. Representing the Quang Binh Provincial Inspectorate were Mr. Le Cong Huu, Chief Inspector of the province; Mr. Nguyen Van Uoc, Deputy Chief Inspector of the province; and Mr. Doan Anh Tuan, Deputy Chief Inspector – Head of the Lawyers' Association Branch of the Provincial Inspectorate, along with all members.

Representatives of the Executive Committee of the Branch Association for the 2020-2024 term presented a report summarizing the results of activities during the term and outlining the direction of activities for the 2024-2029 term.
During the 2020-2024 term, the Executive Committee of the Branch Association successfully leveraged the leadership and guidance of the Party Committee, the Provincial Inspectorate leadership, and the Quang Binh Provincial Lawyers Association; it continued to build and strengthen the Branch Association organization and develop membership; Branch Association members correctly understood the position and role of the Branch Association: participating in lawmaking; disseminating and educating on the law; participating in government building, etc., thereby promoting the role of each member in carrying out assigned tasks, actively contributing to the successful implementation of the political tasks of the entire Provincial Inspectorate.

Speaking at the Congress, Ms. Nguyen Thi Lai, Vice President of the Quang Binh Provincial Lawyers Association, stated that during the past term, the Lawyers Association branch of the Provincial Inspectorate has consistently and thoroughly grasped the Party's viewpoints, legal regulations, and guiding documents of the Provincial Association; always closely followed the direction of the Party Committee, the agency's leadership, and the political requirements and tasks of the Party branch, the Provincial Inspectorate, and the Association to develop plans that are appropriate and suitable to the Association's operating conditions.
"During the implementation process, the Branch Association has innovated in form, applying appropriate methods and forms of activity to both integrate with professional activities and carry out activities with the Branch Association's own unique characteristics. This has enabled the utilization of resources to build, perfect, and develop the organization and successfully fulfill the Branch Association's tasks as outlined in the reports and speeches at the Congress," the Vice Chairman of the Quang Binh Provincial Lawyers Association further emphasized.
