Accordingly, Mr. Nhon said that in 2024-2025, Novaland will continue to face difficulties and challenges as the global economy continues to fluctuate, but that is an opportunity to create good products....

In the content of the 2025 shareholders' meeting (expected on April 24), Novaland proposed 2 options for the 2025 business plan. Accordingly, the 2025 net revenue plan according to option 1 is 13,411 billion VND, option 2 is 10,453 billion VND. The 2025 after-tax profit according to option 1 is a loss of 12 billion VND, option 2 is a loss of 688 billion VND.

Explaining these options, Novaland said that the factor that most affects Novaland's business results is still the progress of resolving legal problems of the project. Therefore, the two options Novaland proposed were "extremely cautious", based on two legal resolution scenarios, one option in a more favorable situation and one option in a less favorable situation.

The reason for setting out two options is because Novaland always sticks closely to its business strategy, while looking straight at reality, preparing for unfavorable factors, especially in the context of the real estate market still facing many difficulties and pressures as at present.

According to economic experts, together with the laws related to real estate and the recently issued Resolutions, effective from April 1, many difficulties and obstacles will be removed for real estate businesses whose projects have been stuck for a long time. Among them, many projects that have been inspected, examined, projects stuck with land use fees, etc. will be removed, creating many conditions for businesses to continue implementing projects, increasing the supply of products to the market.
