Commune chairman in Nam Dinh dismissed for improper relationship with subordinate

Mr. Hoang Trong Nghia, Chairman of the People's Committee of Nghia Hung district ( Nam Dinh province) said that he had dismissed Mr. Bui Van Dat (54 years old) from the position of Chairman of the People's Committee of Nghia Binh commune, and forced Ms. Luu Thi T. (41 years old), a statistical staff of the People's Committee of Nghia Binh commune, to quit her job because of improper relations.

"I have approved the decision to remove Mr. Bui Van Dat from the position of commune chairman," Mr. Nghia said, adding that he had given the position of commune chairman to Mr. Tran Van Thiem, previously the vice chairman.

Previously, on the afternoon of August 18, speaking with VietNamNet reporter, Mr. Sai Hong Thanh, Secretary of Nghia Hung District Party Committee, said that the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee had met to expel from the Party Mr. Bui Van Dat (54 years old), Chairman of Nghia Binh Commune People's Committee and Ms. Luu Thi T. (41 years old), employee of the Statistics Department of Nghia Binh Commune People's Committee for having an improper relationship.

As a result of the meeting, 100% of the votes agreed to expel the two people from the party.
