Preparing for forced land acquisition in Do Son Zone II

On the afternoon of June 24, according to information from the People's Committee of Do Son District, Hai Phong City, on June 26, the locality will organize enforcement to force the implementation of remedial measures for 27 business establishments in Zone II, Van Huong Ward.

Talking to Nguoi Dua Tin , the leader of Van Huong Ward People's Committee said that the enforced area is located on the right side of the road leading to the Ministry of Construction Hotel.

According to the 1990 survey map and the attached land inventory book, the entire area that 27 service businesses are using is rocky land and coastal water surface land managed by the People's Committee of Van Huong Ward.

Carrying out the task of urban beautification of tourist areas according to the Conclusion Notice No. of the Chairman of Hai Phong City People's Committee, Do Son District People's Committee has reviewed the current status and land use records of 27 business and service establishments.

Based on that, the People's Committee of Do Son district issued decisions to sanction administrative violations in the field of land (occupying agricultural land that is not rice-growing land, special-use forest land, protective forest land, production forest land in urban areas) against 27 business establishments.

At the same time, these establishments are required to take remedial measures such as relocating assets; dismantling or demolishing works and structures on the violating land, forcing the restoration of the original state of the land before the violation; and forcing the return of encroached land according to regulations.

However, by the end of the prescribed time, these facilities did not take remedial measures as required by the People's Committee of Do Son district.

Therefore, on June 7, 2024, the People's Committee of Do Son district issued a Decision to establish an Enforcement Board to enforce remedial measures for 27 households and individuals in Do Son Zone II in Van Huong Ward.

On June 20, the People's Committee of Do Son district issued a Notice of enforcement to enforce remedial measures against 27 households and individuals in Do Son Zone II in Van Huong Ward.

The People's Committee of Do Son district is expected to organize enforcement starting from 7:00 a.m. on June 26, 2024 .
