Final round of the contest for talented female union officials

To celebrate the 114th anniversary of International Women's Day (March 8, 1910 - March 8, 2024), on March 5, Bim Son Town Labor Federation organized a club activity for female workers, civil servants, and laborers in the form of the 2024 Talented and Charming Female Union Cadres Contest.

The contest was attended by 15 contestants from trade unions at schools, agencies and enterprises under the Bim Son Town Labor Federation.

Contestants participated in 3 competitions including: Traditional Ao Dai + Union Identity Costume Competition, contestants performed traditional Ao Dai to highlight the beauty and value of Vietnamese Ao Dai. In the behavioral competition, contestants drew lots to answer questions on the following topics: Responsibilities of female union officials towards union members, emulation movements of trade union organizations; health care, gender equality, qualities of women in the period of industrialization and modernization of the country, the movement "Good at public work, good at housework". In the talent competition, contestants showed their talents in the following forms: Singing, dancing, aerobics, skits, poetry recitation, flower arrangement, painting... on the theme of love for the homeland and country; the beauty of Vietnamese Ao Dai; the role of mothers and women.

Through the contest, we aim to honor the beauty and moral standards of Vietnamese women in general and female union officials in particular in the new era. Create a useful playground for union officials, especially female union officials, to be confident, dynamic, improve their knowledge, and demonstrate their abilities; at the same time, introduce the cultural and civilized lifestyles and styles of female union officials today.

At the end of the contest, the Organizing Committee awarded 1 special prize, 1 first prize, 4 second prizes, 4 third prizes, 5 encouragement prizes to excellent contestants. The special prize was awarded to contestant Mai Thi Quyen, Le Quy Don Secondary School.
