On the morning of December 31, Mr. NTK, the father of NLCT (4 years old, residing in Ward 17, Go Vap District, Ho Chi Minh City), filed a complaint with the Ward 17 Police (Go Vap District) about his daughter, who is studying at the private kindergarten X. in the ward, being suspected of being beaten by a teacher, resulting in many injuries on her back.

When his daughter came home from school, Mr. K's family discovered many red marks on her back.

According to Mr. K., on Friday (December 29), the family took T. to school X. (Ward 17, Go Vap District) in normal health condition, with no injuries on his body. That same afternoon, after taking the child home and bathing, the family discovered many red marks on the child's back. When the family asked, the child said that the teacher used a wooden ruler and took him to a hidden corner to beat him.

According to Mr. K. on the evening of December 29, the family contacted the teacher and the teacher replied that she did not hit the child. On the morning of December 30, Mr. K.'s family went to the school to work with the school and the teacher. At the meeting, the school promised to work with the teacher and check the camera. On the afternoon of December 30, the school texted Mr. K.'s family about the incident.

The school said that after working with the teacher in charge of T.'s class, she said she did not hit the child. The injuries on T.'s back were not caused by her. To ensure the school's reputation and the teachers' honor, the school requested that Mr. K.'s family submit a request to the authorities for an assessment and verification.

According to the school, if it is determined that the red marks on the child's back were caused by the teacher, the school and the teacher involved will take full legal responsibility. If the information provided by Mr. K's family is incorrect, the family will be held legally responsible.

Speaking to Thanh Nien reporter, Mr. K. said that the red and bruised wounds on his child's back were recorded and will be provided to the authorities to verify and clarify the incident. On the afternoon of December 30, Mr. K.'s family took baby T. to Military Hospital 175 for examination. Accordingly, the doctor at Military Hospital 175 diagnosed the baby with "soft tissue edema in the right hip area". The case is currently being received and verified by the Police of Ward 17, Go Vap District, Ho Chi Minh City.
