The lotus pond covers an area of about 3 hectares, divided into 2 large lakes, with flowers blooming alternately. Ms. Nguyen Kim Ngoc, the owner of this lake, said that her family started growing lotus 7 years ago to create an ecological entertainment spot. Visitors can take photos, fish for fun and enjoy country dishes made from lotus. In addition, Ms. Ngoc's family also laid out planks and wooden bridges for people to walk and take photos in many different locations. In the middle of the lotus pond are thatched roofs and water jars set up as miniature landscapes for visitors to freely pose and check-in in ao dai, ba ba or tu than.
"For about a month now, the lotus in the pond has begun to bloom. Every day, I welcome 30-50 visitors coming to take photos, mostly in the morning. On weekends, there will be more visitors, some people come with their families to eat, fish, and have fun all day," said Ms. Ngoc, adding that visitors coming to take photos will be charged 50,000 VND/person.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Ha (33 years old), living in Thu Duc City, often goes to Ho Nha lotus pond to have fun and relax. "Sometimes I go 2-3 times a week, everyone sits at a round table in a leaf hut to eat and drink, and enjoy the scenery. On hot days, coming here feels very cool and comfortable. Below is a lake, on the shore there are many cool trees, very fresh", Ms. Ha shared.
Her impression is that this destination has two very large lotus ponds with flowers blooming alternately. Except during the dry season, the ponds dry up so the lotus flowers are not as fresh. "At other times, I always see beautiful lotus flowers blooming," she added.
Besides taking photos, Ms. Ha and her friends also like country dishes, especially salads and stir-fried dishes made from lotus roots. They are very fresh, crispy and sweet because they are picked directly from the lake.
Along the lotus lake there are leaf huts where visitors can rest and enjoy country dishes made from lotus grown in the lake.

However, this guest also shared that the way to the lotus pond can be a bit difficult to find and this place is also very wild. The lotus pond is not located right on the street front but hidden deep inside, easily obstructing the view.
Visitors can follow the directions on Google Maps or drive to the intersection of Nguyen Duy Trinh and Tam Da streets. From here, go straight along Tam Da street to Rach Mon bridge. After crossing the bridge for about 100m, you will see the sign to the lotus pond on the left. Both motorbikes and cars can easily move inside.
The best time to take photos at the lotus pond is from 6 to 10 am. At noon and in the afternoon, the flowers will be clustered, not fully blooming, and the sun will be brighter. In addition to taking photos, you can rest in the huts by the lake, enjoy country dishes with prices ranging from 50,000 - 250,000 VND/dish.
