Trade Unions of Industry and Trade of 15 provinces and cities signed a Work Coordination Program for the period 2023-2028

(Haiphong.gov.vn) - On the afternoon of March 20, at Ho Sen Trade Union Hotel, Hai Phong Industry and Trade Trade Union hosted the Conference to sign the Program of coordination between Industry and Trade Trade Unions of provinces and cities, period 2023-2028.

Attending the conference were comrades: Nguyen Anh Tuan, Chairman of the City Labor Federation; Vu Truong Son, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Industry and Trade Union; Le Minh Son, Deputy Director of the City Department of Industry and Trade; and Industry and Trade Unions of 15 provinces and cities (including: Hai Phong, Lao Cai, Bac Giang , Thanh Hoa, Thai Binh, Thai Nguyen, Hung Yen, Nam Dinh, Son La, Hoa Binh, Khanh Hoa, Quang Binh, Ha Tinh, Dak Lak and Nghe An).

Chairman of Hai Phong Industry and Trade Union Nguyen Cong Hoa delivered the opening speech at the Conference.

Trade unions of Industry and Trade of 15 provinces and cities signed a coordination program for the period 2023 - 2028.

The coordination program aims to exchange feasible solutions, good and effective practices in promoting the role and improving the quality of the workers' and civil servants' movement and trade union activities of each unit, contributing to the successful implementation of political - economic - social tasks and the development of the Industry and Trade sector of provinces and cities.

Chairman of Hai Phong City Labor Federation Nguyen Anh Tuan spoke at the Conference.

At the Conference, the Trade Unions of the Industry and Trade sectors of the provinces and cities unanimously approved the Work Coordination Program for the period 2023 - 2028 with the following contents: Caring for and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of workers, sharing experiences in coordinating with enterprises to strengthen the care for union members and workers; implementing well the democratic regulations at the grassroots level to promote the right of workers to be masters; organizing inspection and supervision teams at enterprises on the implementation of the Labor Code, policies and regimes for workers... Unifying in propaganda and dissemination of legal education activities to raise the sense of responsibility and compliance with the law for workers and civil servants of the units. Mobilizing workers and civil servants to actively participate in emulation movements to implement political goals and tasks and socio-economic development, focusing on the movement "Good workers, Creative workers"; Improve the technical expertise of workers, maintain the organization of the Skilled Worker Competition... Along with that, increase information exchange between the Standing Committee of the Trade Union of the Industry and Trade sector of provinces and cities; exchange experiences between grassroots Trade Unions; annually rotate the organization of the Conference to evaluate the Coordination Program...

Comrade Vu Truong Son, Vice President of Vietnam Industry and Trade Union, spoke at the Conference.

Representatives of the Trade Union of Industry and Trade of provinces and cities presented 40 gifts.

On this occasion, the Trade Union of Industry and Trade of provinces and cities presented 40 gifts worth 20 million VND to union members and workers in difficult circumstances of the Trade Union of Industry and Trade of Hai Phong.
