According to the political report presented at the congress, despite being newly established, the My Duc Commune Trade Union has promptly streamlined its organizational structure and developed its operational regulations.

One of the notable achievements is that the commune's Trade Union has effectively fulfilled its function of caring for the lives, representing, and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of its members and workers; consolidating a professional team of trade union officials with sufficient qualities and capabilities; and applying digital transformation to meet the requirements of the new situation, contributing to building a strong Party, government, and trade union organization, serving as a reliable support for workers...

The Congress unanimously agreed that the breakthrough and key tasks of the commune's Trade Union in the 2025-2030 term are to build a team of trade union officials who are intelligent, dedicated, responsible, innovative, flexible, and creative in their thinking, effectively applying digital transformation in their activities; to promote dialogue and collective bargaining, focusing on employment, income, occupational safety and health, and improving the quality of life for workers.

The commune's trade union also set many specific targets, including striving to: have at least one outstanding project or task each year; 100% of grassroots trade union officials receive professional skills training; promote the application of information technology and digital transformation in operations; and by the end of the term, 100% of meeting documents will be digitized and 100% of meetings will be paperless.

The Congress announced the Decision appointing the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Inspection Committee, and official positions of the My Duc Commune Trade Union, term I, 2025-2030. Mr. Nguyen Cong Nam was appointed as the Chairman of the Commune Trade Union.

In his directive speech at the congress, the Standing Vice Chairman of the Hanoi City Federation of Labor, Le Dinh Hung, emphasized that in the 2025-2030 term, in the context of industrialization, modernization, and deep international integration, workers are increasingly diverse in occupations, qualifications, and living conditions, and labor relations are becoming more complex. Therefore, commune-level trade union organizations need to continue to innovate strongly, flexibly, and closely to reality in order to effectively fulfill their role of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers.

Mr. Le Dinh Hung suggested that the My Duc Commune Trade Union should focus on effectively implementing patriotic emulation movements among workers, civil servants, and laborers, linking them with local socio -economic development tasks; strengthen propaganda and mobilization of union members to implement the Party's guidelines and policies, and the State's laws; actively apply digital transformation in trade union activities; and promote the core role of the Trade Union in building grassroots cultural life and creating a "bright, green, clean, and beautiful" environment, aiming for sustainable development.
