About leadership

When he joined OrthoLite in 2019, Coffield brought decades of experience in the footwear industry, including 20 years at Nike. He brings a deep understanding of manufacturing, from concept to production and to market, and a team of experts in manufacturing, customer service, sustainability and operations.

Over time, Coffield realized that leadership falls into two main categories: human and production. Both are the foundation of any successful endeavor and are interdependent. According to OrthoLite Vietnam, leadership requires excellence in both the human and production elements.

Although the plant is efficient and advanced, OVN remains focused on continuous improvement – ​​especially in the area of ​​impact reduction.

In 2023, OVN achieved an overall verified score of 85% from the Higg Index. Thanks to the outstanding efforts of its dedicated staff, the facility was recognized for its commitment to sustainability through environmental management, energy, water use, wastewater management, waste management, air quality and chemical management.

Additionally, OrthoLite Vietnam is constantly researching new ways to help brand partners reduce their overall impact. One successful program is the “green box” program.
