Fortune's evaluation process places a strong emphasis on real-world employee feedback through surveys, combined with in-depth assessments of companies' corporate culture and HR strategies. More than 1.3 million employees participated in surveys assessing their workplace culture, and more than 550,000 responses were validated.

Comprehensive human resource strategy of Vietnam FMCG company

Also for three consecutive years 2023-2025, Masan Consumer (UpCOM: MCH) was recognized as a Great Place to Work, based on a comprehensive survey of more than 5,000 employees nationwide. Notably, 91% of employees participating in the survey rated Masan Consumer as an excellent working environment, an increase of 4 percentage points compared to the previous year - a number that demonstrates the strong belief of the staff. In all criteria in the Trust Model (including Trust, Respect, Fairness, Pride and Colleague Relationships) according to Great Place To Work standards, Masan Consumer's results were high and increased by 2 to 4 points compared to the previous survey.
