Specifically, in a report recently sent to the Securities Commission, Mr. Nguyen Huu Dang registered to sell more than 60.12 million HDB shares of HDBank , equivalent to 1.71% of this bank's capital.

The expected transaction time is from April 1 to April 29, by negotiation.

Mr. Dang said that selling all of the HDB shares he is holding is to "solve personal financial needs".

Mr. Dang is currently the Chairman of the Board of Members of Vikki Bank. But before that, he had many years as a leader at HDBank, and was considered a "meritorious figure" of this bank.

By the end of last year, HDBank announced the dismissal of Mr. Dang from the position of Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors. Mr. Dang resigned from HDBank to take up a new position at Vikki Bank.

After DongA Bank was forced to transfer, becoming a 100% subsidiary of HDBank, it changed its name to Vikki Bank.

On the stock market, HDB is traded at 22,650 VND. Thus, it is estimated that with this price range, Mr. Dang can expect to collect more than 1,360 billion VND after divesting all of his capital at HDBank.
