(Dan Tri Newspaper) - During the firefighting operation at a house in an alley on Tran Dinh Xu Street, District 1 (Ho Chi Minh City), authorities rescued a woman safely.
At around 1:30 p.m. on January 28, a fire broke out at a house in alley 42 Tran Dinh Xu, Co Giang ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.
The alley leading to the scene of the fire was less than 2 meters wide. Upon discovering the fire, some people in the house and neighboring households quickly fled the area.

The Ho Chi Minh City Fire and Rescue Police (PC07) and District 1 Police arrived at the scene. Police extended 20 meters of water hose deep into the alley. In another approach, police climbed onto the roof of a nearby house to spray water and extinguish the fire. Approximately 20 minutes later, the fire was brought under control. There were no casualties.
"The house where the fire occurred was small. The property that was destroyed were household items. During the firefighting process, the elite force of the PC07 Department rescued a woman inside, bringing her to safety," a police officer said.
