Pence's campaign team has filed his candidacy documents with the Federal Election Commission.
According to informed sources, on June 7th, former Vice President Pence will kick off his campaign with a video and a speech in Iowa, where early voting will take place.
According to the plan, former New Jersey Governor Chris Christie will enter the race on June 6th, while North Dakota Governor Doug Burgum also plans to announce his candidacy on June 7th, bringing the total number of Republican candidates in the 2024 US presidential election to more than 10.
