
Accordingly, Location 1, with a total planned area of 100 hectares in Hai Van ward (planned to be built as a logistics and supply center serving Lien Chieu port, focusing on smart warehouses and distribution), includes the adjustment of 22 hectares of industrial land, 31 hectares of warehouse land, 4 hectares of research and training center land, 7 hectares of residential land, 7 hectares of infrastructure hub land, 6 hectares of urban green space, and 20 hectares of specialized green space into free trade zone land; while 3 hectares of transportation land remain unchanged.

Location 2 has a total planned area of 77 hectares in Hai Van ward, of which 67 hectares of industrial land, 5 hectares of urban-level public green space, and 5 hectares of water surface land will be adjusted to become a free trade zone (a complex of logistics, manufacturing, and supporting industries, adjacent to Lien Chieu Industrial Park).

Location 3, with a total area of approximately 500 hectares, is located in Hai Van ward (a complex of logistics, production, and ecological commercial services along the Cu De River, connected to Lien Chieu port). This includes the adjustment of 100 hectares of agricultural land, 258 hectares of production forest land, 10 hectares of village residential land, 77 hectares of land for key infrastructure facilities, 8 hectares of water surface, 10 hectares of urban-level public green space, and 20 hectares of transportation land into a free trade zone; while retaining 17 hectares of specialized green space (national railway line).

Location 4, in Ba Na commune, has a total planned area of approximately 559 hectares. The entire existing high-tech and information technology land area will be adjusted to become a free trade zone (a complex area for high-tech production and logistics support, adjacent to the High-Tech Park and the Concentrated Information Technology Park).

Location 5 has a total planned area of approximately 90 hectares in Ba Na commune, adjusting the entire existing tourism area into a free trade zone (a high-quality commercial, service, resort, and medical complex, near Suoi Mo and Suoi Lanh, supporting the golf course and Ba Na Hills).

Location 6, with a total area of approximately 154 hectares, is located in Ba Na commune. This includes the adjustment of 109 hectares of mixed-use land, 32 hectares of land for residential and commercial/service units, 4 hectares of residential land, and 9 hectares of land for a sports center into a free trade zone (a complex of commercial, service, resort, and supporting industries, connecting with the Ba Na Hills tourist area and serving nearby industrial zones and the Da Nang High-Tech Park).

Location 7, with a total area of approximately 401 hectares, is located in Hoa Vang commune (a science, technology, and innovation complex, concentrating research institutes, technology development centers, startups, and possessing specialized amenities). This includes the adjustment of 195 hectares of specialized green space, 45 hectares of sports center land, 71 hectares of agricultural land, 5 hectares of residential land, 36 hectares of village residential land, 8 hectares of specialized green space, 9 hectares of urban-level public green space, and 26 hectares of water surface land into a free trade zone; while 6 hectares of transportation land remain unchanged.
The deadline for posting documents, drawings, etc., and soliciting opinions in the relevant wards and communes is 30 days from July 18, 2025.
