Highlights of the art program 'Vietnam Cultural Week in Cambodia' in 2024

The art performance program within the framework of the "Vietnam Culture Week in Cambodia" from May 20-25, 2024, took place on May 21 and 24 in Phnom Penh and Banteay Meanchey province in Northwest Cambodia.
The program was performed by the Viet Bac Folk Music and Dance Theater with many performances of traditional musical instruments, dances and songs, introducing to the public the beauty of the diverse cultural life of the Vietnamese ethnic communities and regions across the country, along with melodies about the traditional friendship between the two peoples of Vietnam and Cambodia.
Actors and invited guests from both countries attended the program.
The song and dance performance, "The Song of Friendship between Vietnam and Cambodia," celebrates the long-standing friendship between the two nations.
The "Ho... Ho Ha He" dance performance by the Dao ethnic group is featured in the program.
The program includes a dance and instrumental performance titled "Against the Current of the Perfume River" (by a mixed male and female dance troupe).
The song and dance performance "Vọng khắp lử" by the Lự ethnic group was featured in the program.
The program features a performance of T'rưng instrument and orchestra titled "Central Highlands - Harvest Season".
