Quang Ninh Food Festival 2024 attracted 130 units from 32 provinces and cities representing the three regions of North - Central - South to register to participate; the number of booths exceeded the set plan. Of which, Quang Ninh province alone had 65 units and businesses registering nearly 130 booths.

Each booth has typical products of each locality. For example, Lang Son booth with traditional black jelly and Chinese sausage; Ha Giang with the strong aroma of corn wine; Ha Thanh cuisine with shrimp cakes, sausages, spring rolls...

The big, round custard apples with their characteristic sweet, delicious flavor are always the best-selling products at Lang Son province's stalls.

Ms. Mai Thuy Hang (from Ha Giang) excitedly shared: “By participating in the Quang Ninh Food Festival, I really hope to promote the cuisine and culture of Ha Giang not only to the people of Quang Ninh but also to many tourists from near and far”. The festival is a meaningful activity, an opportunity for localities and tourism businesses inside and outside the province to strengthen connections, exchange and learn experiences in developing cuisine into a unique tourism product, attracting tourists and becoming a typical brand of Quang Ninh tourism.

Besides enjoying the cuisine, visitors will be immersed in special performances such as: Traditional dance; Xam singing, Cheo singing, and love songs from localities such as Ha Long, Mong Cai, Uong Bi, Dong Trieu, Dam Ha, Binh Lieu; playing folk games... The Festival is expected to attract about 120,000 tourists.
