Accordingly, in order to promote the propaganda of administrative reform, raise awareness of cadres, civil servants, public employees and people about the content, meaning and importance of administrative reform for the socio-economic development of the province, thereby promoting the sense of responsibility, awareness of discipline, discipline, working style, manners, public ethics, contributing positively and effectively to the implementation of administrative reform, the Provincial People's Committee organizes an online contest to propagate administrative reform in Cao Bang province in 2025. The contest will be held from December 4 to December 11, 2025.
In order for the contest to be organized successfully and effectively, the Organizing Committee requests agencies, units and localities to pay attention to participating in the contest, including launching the contest, mobilizing, encouraging and creating conditions for cadres, civil servants, public employees, workers and people in the area, under their authority and management scope to actively participate in the contest. Ensure 100% of cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers under their management authority participate in the contest.
Candidates can register for the contest by accessing the Cao Bang Provincial Electronic Information Portal website at http://www.caobang.gov.vn or the Department of Home Affairs' Electronic Information Portal at http://www.sonoivu.caobang.gov.vn or https://cuocthicchccaobang.org and selecting the link icon of the Cao Bang Provincial Political Reform Propagation Contest in 2025.
Agencies and units are encouraged to launch and compete simultaneously on December 4, 2025, and register with the standing agency of the Organizing Committee of the contest (Department of Home Affairs) to coordinate in implementing information and propaganda work about the contest. Agencies and units that launch, participate in the collective competition and send images to the Organizing Committee of the contest are one of the priorities when considering collective awards.
