National Assembly representatives from the province met with constituents before the 8th session of the 15th National Assembly.

On September 27th, National Assembly delegates from the province (constituency No. 1), including comrades: Tran Quoc Nam, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, and Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Nguyen Dinh Khang, Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam and President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor ; and Chamaléa Thi Thuy, Standing Committee Member of the Provincial Party Committee and Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department, held a meeting with voters in My Huong and Phuoc My wards (Phan Rang - Thap Cham City).

During the meeting, voters from the wards petitioned the National Assembly and the Government to consider a policy allowing people with health insurance to access primary healthcare services; to expand the eligibility for student loans to support their studies; to consider using only one set of textbooks to avoid waste; and to develop Ninh Thuan Vocational College so that local children can receive appropriate vocational training and find employment in the province...

During the meeting with voters, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee thanked the local voters for their active participation and support in helping the Phan Rang - Thap Cham City sustainable environment project reach its target on schedule.

Comrade Tran Quoc Nam, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, and Head of the National Assembly Delegation of the province, delivered a speech at the meeting with voters in Phuoc My ward.

Currently, voters have also agreed with the government on the implementation of the North Dinh River Urban Area project, opening up new development space for the city and improving people's lives. Regarding the policy of referral to primary healthcare facilities, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee stated that the Government is very concerned and has invested in medical facilities from the central to the grassroots level with sufficient capacity to provide timely healthcare for the people; therefore, unnecessary referrals will put pressure on higher-level facilities. Regarding the proposal to expand the eligibility for student loans, the Chairman suggested that the Provincial Branch of the Social Policy Bank strengthen its communication efforts to help people access loan sources to support students in their education...
