Second Congress of Delegates of the Sen Hong Club

The Club's Executive Board for the 2019-2024 term presided over the general meeting.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Bong, Director of Tuan Bong One-Member Limited Company and Chairperson of the Sen Hong Club, delivered the opening speech at the congress.

The Sen Hong Club was established under Decision No. 2706/QD-UBND and began operating in December 2018, currently having 40 members. Over the past five years, the Club has continuously grown stronger, becoming a common home representing the will, aspirations, talents, and intelligence of its members. In particular, the Club's achievements during the past term include overcoming difficulties, building its business brand, and actively contributing to social welfare work in Binh Phuoc province.

During the past term, the Club mobilized members to contribute over 23 billion VND to carry out charitable programs with the motto "Where there are poor and needy people, there is Sen Hong." Specifically, over the past 5 years, the Club has supported the construction of 25 solidarity houses and charity houses worth nearly 1.7 billion VND; contributed over 11 billion VND to support the fight against the Covid-19 pandemic; supported scholarships and talent development, and expressed gratitude to families of war invalids and martyrs with over 800 million VND... The Club also organized relief teams to assist people in the Central and Northern provinces affected by storms and floods with a total value of over 3 billion VND.

The new Executive Board of the Club was introduced at the general assembly.

On behalf of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Deputy Director of the Department of Internal Affairs Dang Thanh Hoang presented flowers to congratulate the new Executive Board of the Club for the new term.

Many collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements contributing to the activities of the Club as well as charity activities were awarded certificates of merit by the Provincial People's Committee and the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee.

At the congress, Sen Hong Club presented many meaningful gifts to representatives of individuals, families and students in difficult circumstances.

The General Assembly elected 13 members to the Executive Board and 2 members to the Club's Inspection Board. Among them, Ms. Nguyen Thi Bong, Director of Tuan Bong One-Member Limited Company, was re-elected as the Chairperson of the Sen Hong Club for the second term.

On this occasion, the Club donated 8 houses to needy families and 50 million VND to the Provincial Fund for the Poor; donated 100 million VND to the Provincial Education Promotion Fund; and awarded 60 scholarships and 20 million VND to families in difficult circumstances. Individuals and groups with outstanding achievements contributing to the Club's activities were also awarded certificates of merit by the Provincial People's Committee and the Provincial Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front.
