Vietnam Television will broadcast a special program "Tet means hope"

The highlight of the program is the spring meeting taking place before New Year's Eve. Journalist Ta Bich Loan, Editor Tran Long and Editor Thuy Hang will take the audience to three regions of the country, to feel the atmosphere of Tet; to talk with influential figures in society and share with them different perspectives on innovation and creativity.

Viewers will come to Bac Lieu rice fields to listen to the story of agricultural innovation by Labor Hero Ho Quang Cua, the father of the rice that twice won the title "World's Best Rice".

Viewers will also visit Tan Hoa ( Quang Binh ) to discover the life-changing creative story in the world's best tourist village; be present in Hanoi to meet Dr. Dong Van He, Director of the Neurosurgery Center, Deputy Director of Viet Duc Friendship Hospital, the pioneer of awakening brain surgery.

Along with that, come to the offshore drilling rig to learn the story of the first commercial oil exploitation at Bach Ho field, in the Cuu Long basin in the year of Mau Thin 1988.

The conversation between the characters will continue to the United States to tell the story of creative world conquest with the Vietnamese character behind the success of the famous artificial intelligence product called CHAT GPT...

Interspersed between the reports and meetings are a series of art performances elaborately staged in many settings: Thang Long Imperial Citadel (Hanoi), Hoi An Ancient Town (Quang Nam), on the historic Saigon River and S16 studio, Vietnam Television.

"Tet means hope" 2024 will air at 10:30 p.m. on New Year's Eve, the New Year's Eve TV show will take place from 11:50 p.m. to 0:15 a.m. on the first day of Tet.
