Comrade Ralan Truong Thanh Ha - Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology, delivered a speech at the " Dak Lak Digital" program.
The plan aims to raise awareness and create consensus among officials, Party members, and the people; mobilize the active participation of the entire society; and contribute to the comprehensive, effective, and synchronized implementation of the viewpoints, objectives, tasks, and solutions outlined in Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW, dated December 22, 2024, of the Politburo on breakthroughs in national science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation.
Accordingly, subordinate Party branches will continue to organize the study, understanding, and dissemination of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW (dated December 22, 2024, of the Politburo). The Party Committee of the Department of Science and Technology will "regularly monitor and update information, directives, and documents issued by higher levels into resolutions, programs, and regular work plans of the Party branches at regular meetings and activities, directly or through appropriate forms, reaching 100% of cadres, Party members, civil servants, employees, and workers in the Party branches and units." The "Digital Learning" movement will be launched, encouraging the installation and use of the "Dak Lak Digital" platform, while also supporting people in accessing and using digital applications.
In addition, information and communication efforts have been intensified through articles, reports, and media products published on the website.
The implementation will be carried out regularly, practically, and in accordance with the actual situation of each unit. Party branches are responsible for submitting periodic reports every six months, annually, or on an ad hoc basis as required to the Party Committee of the Department of Science and Technology for compilation and reporting as prescribed.
