Following the success of the first ESG Vietnam Forum in 2024, the ESG Vietnam Forum 2025, themed " Science and Technology as a Driving Force for Sustainable Development," organized by Dan Tri newspaper, will take place at 1:30 PM on December 22nd at the Pullman Hotel, Hanoi , bringing together numerous experts, businesses, and the community interested in ESG implementation and sustainable development.
The ESG Vietnam Forum 2025 will focus on one of the key elements for promoting sustainable development in the new era: science and technology. This theme is considered consistent with the spirit of Resolution 57 of the Politburo , which takes science and technology, innovation, and digital transformation as the driving force for development.

Comprising two parts – workshops and the Vietnam ESG Awards 2025 ceremony – the Vietnam ESG Forum 2025 is expected to become a space for in-depth exchange on the latest ESG trends, green transformation strategies, digital transformation, and emerging compliance requirements in the region.
Previously, a series of events as part of the ESG Vietnam Forum 2025 were organized by Dan Tri newspaper in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
On July 24th, the Vietnam ESG Forum 2025 High-Level Council meeting was held in both in-person and online formats. Experts on the Vietnam ESG Forum High-Level Council put forward many practical proposals, emphasizing the role of AI, digital technology, etc., in promoting ESG implementation in Vietnam.
On August 14th, Dan Tri newspaper, in collaboration with the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Science and Technology, organized a workshop on the topic "Implementing ESG with AI: What Businesses Need to Do?". Many practical AI application models were shared, providing new perspectives on how businesses can leverage technology to improve management efficiency, optimize costs, and move towards sustainable development.
Following that, the workshop "Implementing ESG through Science and Technology - From Data to Action" took place on the afternoon of November 26th in Hanoi. The workshop attracted leading experts in ESG, digital transformation, and AI, along with representatives from pioneering businesses, offering practical insights on how to apply science and technology and data governance to effectively implement ESG in each component of E, S, and G.

On December 9th, the Vietnam ESG Awards 2025 Judging Panel meeting took place in a hybrid format (in-person and online) at the Dan Tri newspaper office in Hanoi. Members of the Judging Panel proposed numerous suggestions to ensure that the evaluation of businesses winning the award is realistic and transparent.
The Judging Panel is scheduled to hold its final meeting on December 15th to finalize the results of the first round of evaluation, complete all necessary documentation, and agree on the list of eligible businesses to proceed to the in-depth evaluation phase. This is a crucial milestone before the Vietnam ESG Awards 2025 officially announces the outstanding entries, ensuring a transparent and consistent selection process that accurately reflects the spirit of the criteria finalized for this year's awards.
