At the meeting, delegates focused on in-depth discussions on the difficulties and challenges in the operation of hydropower plants, especially those related to water resources, regulation, and coordination between relevant units. In addition to identifying and analyzing existing problems, delegates also reached a consensus on an effective coordination plan for the operation of hydropower plants, in order to optimize water resources, ensure stable electricity supply in the dry season of 2025, meeting the needs of socio -economic development and people's daily life.

Accordingly, Thac Mo Hydropower Joint Stock Company (TMP) has implemented a plan to coordinate with other power plants in Binh Phuoc province to share information and regularly update the operating status to make timely adjustments between hydropower plants. The representative of NSMO proposed the water supply for the dry season months of 2025 as follows: Thac Mo Lake, March and April, operates with an average monthly flow of not less than 25-30m3/s, which can be stopped/reduced on weekends (Saturday, Sunday), holidays; May operates with an average monthly flow of not less than 40m3/s, which can be stopped/reduced on weekends (Saturday, Sunday), holidays. Improve the ability to coordinate capacity between power plants, especially during peak times. Strengthen maintenance and repair, ensuring that all equipment and plants operate at optimal efficiency before the dry season arrives.

Along with water distribution between factories, one of the important solutions agreed upon by the units is to increase communication and encourage people and businesses to use electricity economically and efficiently. Communication campaigns will be widely deployed to raise public awareness about rational use of electricity and limit waste during peak periods.

With careful preparation and close coordination between hydropower units, TMP believes that water resources will be regulated appropriately, ensuring production for people in the downstream area while maintaining a stable power source in the 2025 dry season. Not only contributing to promoting local economic development, these efforts also play an important role in maintaining national energy security, towards sustainable development and long-term stability.
