With many good, creative and suitable ways of doing things, in recent times, the emulation movement "Skillful mass mobilization" in the province has been actively implemented, creating a spread among cadres, party members and people. Thanks to that, more and more effective models and examples have appeared, contributing to promoting the people's mastery, creating a stable environment for socio-economic development, building a strong Party and political system, and consolidating people's trust in the leadership of the Party.
Identifying mass mobilization work as an important task, the Provincial Party Standing Committee always pays attention to directing Party committees at all levels, authorities, Fatherland Front Committees at all levels and socio-political organizations, and mass organizations to strengthen propaganda, dissemination, and implementation of the "Skilled Mass Mobilization" movement in all areas of social life. In particular, promoting the implementation of Resolution No. 25-NQ/TW of the 7th Central Conference (11th tenure) "On strengthening and innovating the Party's leadership over mass mobilization work in the new situation", associated with continuing to promote studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style. In particular, directing the promotion of the emulation movement "Skillful mass mobilization" associated with the implementation of political tasks of localities and units, especially the implementation of Resolution No. 20-NQ/TU of the Provincial Party Committee "On directions and tasks for 2024", the working theme of the year "Improving the quality of economic growth; developing culture and people rich in Quang Ninh identity"...
Up to now, in the province, there are more than 1,900 skillful mass mobilization models deployed in the fields of economy, culture, society, national defense, security, Party building and the political system. In 2024 alone, localities and units in the province have registered to build 61 "Skillful Mass Mobilization" models at the provincial level, including 49 collective models and 12 individual models. The construction of models focuses on difficult areas, such as: land acquisition and clearance for key investment projects of the province, environmental protection, building new rural areas, civilized urban areas, resolving complicated "hot spots", outstanding concerns arising at the grassroots level... From these models, it has contributed to raising awareness and responsibility for mass mobilization work of Party committees at all levels, especially focusing on leadership and direction to effectively implement local political tasks.
Typically, in Dong Trieu town, mass mobilization work is carried out with the motto: Wide propaganda, deep mobilization, cadres take the lead, people respond, from that way of doing, mass mobilization work has had many innovations in both content and method, creating new driving forces in the emulation movement, mobilizing the entire political system to do mass mobilization work, businesses, people to participate in mass mobilization work, creating unity in the party and the political system, social consensus, contributing to mobilizing strength and resources to carry out the political tasks of the locality, towards the goal of becoming a city under the province. The town has promoted the emulation movement "Skilled mass mobilization" associated with campaigns and patriotic emulation movements in various fields, typically: Model "Mobilizing farmers to participate in organic chain production and e-commerce", "Mobilizing Dong Trieu women to participate in 3T (Reduce - Recycle - Reuse)", "Mobilizing youth "Participating in integration and job support", "Ensuring safety for students going to school", "Mobilizing workers to participate in implementing 5 safety in enterprises", "Building solidarity residential groups"...
According to Mr. Nguyen Van Ky, Head of the Mass Mobilization Committee, Chairman of the Fatherland Front Committee of Dong Trieu Town, the entire political system of the town always focuses on promoting the emulation movement "Skilled Mass Mobilization", thereby achieving many positive results, the appearance of the urban and rural areas is more beautiful, richer, more civilized, and people's lives are increasingly changing. This year, the town focuses on building "Skilled Mass Mobilization" models in preserving and promoting the traditional cultural values of Quang Ninh people and promoting investment in urban infrastructure in a synchronous and modern direction...
In Hai Ha, the whole district has registered to implement over 100 skillful mass mobilization models. The models focus on skillfully mobilizing people to build advanced new rural areas, model new rural areas, and build civilized urban areas; land acquisition for projects; building and protecting a green, clean, and beautiful environment; building clean and strong party, government, mass organizations, and associations... Typically, in the work of protecting the rural environment, communes in the district have coordinated with the district's departments, branches, and mass organizations to organize training courses, propagate, and disseminate knowledge about the importance of environmental sanitation for health and life. Promote the implementation of the movement "Holiday with the people" to clean the environment, plant and care for trees, associated with the construction and renovation of village roads... Thereby, mobilizing the combined strength of the entire political system, arousing solidarity and consensus among all classes of people, contributing to promoting the local socio-economy to increasingly change and develop.
It can be seen that Party committees, local authorities and grassroots organizations always pay attention to and focus on mass mobilization work, associated with the implementation of resolutions of Party congresses at all levels, considering it an important content in Party building and political system building; issuing documents directing subordinate Party branches and Party committees to concretize Party resolutions on mass mobilization work, keeping up with the rapid development of reality... Mass mobilization committees at all levels have issued 1,033 documents of all kinds to guide and urge the implementation of mass mobilization work; annually develop plans to deploy mass mobilization work, integrate them into the programs and work plans of localities and units, in order to propagate and mobilize to raise awareness of cadres, Party members in the political system and people of all walks of life about the position and role of mass mobilization work in the new situation.
The emulation movement "Skillful mass mobilization" in particular and the innovations in mass mobilization work of the province in general have been actively contributing to effectively bringing the Party's guidelines and resolutions, the State's policies and laws into life, creating consensus, multiplying the strength of national solidarity, creating an important driving force to build and develop Quang Ninh province to become more and more prosperous.
