On the afternoon of April 4th, the Party Committee of the Thai Binh Provincial Party Committee Office held its Congress for the 2025-2030 term. Comrades Nguyen Khac Than, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Nguyen Tien Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, and Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies, attended and directed the Congress.

During the past term, the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee Office demonstrated unity, cohesion, and diligent effort, overcoming difficulties to successfully implement the Resolution of the Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term. It led the comprehensive and high-quality completion of its political tasks in advising and assisting the Provincial Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, and the Permanent Committee of the Provincial Party Committee. Party building work achieved many positive results, especially the successful implementation of the Electronic Party Member Handbook Project in Thai Binh province, reaching 100% of Party branches throughout the province, which was highly appreciated by cadres and Party members. The Party Committee and Party branches maintained orderly work and Party activities; leadership capacity and fighting strength were enhanced. The Party Committee led the building of a strong Provincial Party Committee Office and its affiliated organizations, consistently achieving good and excellent results in fulfilling assigned political tasks annually.
For the 2025-2030 term, the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee Office aims to comprehensively and excellently fulfill its political tasks; to be a pioneer in building and implementing the Digital Transformation Project in provincial Party agencies; and to maintain the effectiveness of the Electronic Party Member Handbook Project. The Party Committee strives to achieve an excellent performance rating; 100% of Party branches will successfully complete their tasks, with 20% or more achieving excellent performance; 100% of Party members will successfully complete their tasks, with 15% achieving excellent performance; at least two new Party members will be admitted; and the Party Committee Office and its affiliated organizations will be built into strong and outstanding units.
Comrade Nguyen Tien Thanh, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, delivered a speech guiding the congress.
Delivering a guiding speech at the Congress, Comrade Nguyen Tien Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, and Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies, acknowledged and highly appreciated the achievements of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee Office during the past term, especially in the leadership and direction of the tasks of advising, summarizing, archiving, and providing services. He requested that in the next term, the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee Office should focus on leading the improvement of the quality and effectiveness of advisory and service work in a proactive, dynamic, creative, scientific , and accurate manner. The Party Committee Executive Board should promote its leadership role in advising and assisting the Provincial Party Committee Executive Board, the Provincial Party Standing Committee, and the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee in improving the effectiveness of leadership, direction, and implementation of the Central Committee's policies and the province's political tasks. The Party Committee needs to accelerate administrative reform, apply information technology and digital transformation in office work tasks with the goal of simplicity and ease of implementation; pay attention to logistics, service, and strict management of the use of public assets. The comrade also requested that the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee Office focus on training and improving the capacity and responsibility of cadres and Party members working in the Party committee's office; maintain discipline and order in public service; and lead the innovation of activities of mass organizations, creating unity, cohesion, and consensus throughout the Party Committee.
The congress elected the Party Committee Executive Board, the Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee Office, and the delegation to attend the higher-level Party Congress.
Delegates voted to elect the Executive Committee of the Provincial Party Committee Office for the 2025-2030 term.
The Executive Committee of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee Office for the term 2025-2030 was introduced at the congress.
