The Director General presented the Victory Flag of the "120 Days of Action - Successfully Reaching the Finish Line" Campaign to the Long Bien Central Post Office.
Over the past week, Long Bien Central Post Office achieved impressive results, ranking first among the Central Post Offices of the Corporation. This ranking was based on revenue productivity and new sales productivity. Furthermore, Long Bien Central Post Office demonstrated proactive and innovative actions, strong internal unity, and effective organization of activities to ensure strong business and sales development, as well as successfully implementing the Corporation's service business scenarios.
General Director Chu Quang Hao acknowledged and congratulated the Long Bien Central Post Office on its outstanding achievements in implementing the campaign.
Speaking at the ceremony, General Director Chu Quang Hao warmly congratulated and commended the Long Bien Central Post Office for its outstanding achievements in the past period. He emphasized that the completion of the "120-Day Action Campaign - Successfully Reaching the Goal" is not only a testament to the efforts and solidarity of all staff and employees, but also demonstrates the ability to overcome difficulties and the determination of Vietnam Post. Every unit and individual in the Corporation, from management staff to other positions, from the Corporation to each unit, is striving to achieve the highest possible results.
Long Bien Central Post Office has demonstrated the correctness and determination of the Campaign from the very beginning. The synchronized, systematic approach and high level of discipline from the unit's leadership to each employee have enabled Long Bien Central Post Office to closely monitor the market and customers, seizing opportunities to break through and develop business from the early days of the Campaign. The General Corporation's leadership highly appreciates the readiness of the entire Long Bien Central Post Office to become a shining example in business. These decisive actions have generated revenue, increased labor productivity, improved employee income, and, most importantly, acquired a large customer base, creating opportunities for the development of more effective services.

Besides commending the achievements, General Director Chu Quang Hao assigned tasks to the Long Bien Central Post Office for the next phase. He affirmed: “Today's victory is the beginning of new challenges. We need to continue to innovate, create, and improve the quality of service to better meet customer needs and consolidate Vietnam Post's position in the market. Therefore, concrete and decisive actions are needed to build upon the results achieved and maintain this success. We need to set big, specific goals for the next phase, so that we can excellently complete the tasks in 2024, laying the groundwork for 2025 and the following period.”
Also at the ceremony, the General Director affirmed: “For the ‘120 Days of Action - Successfully Reaching the Goal’ campaign to be successful, 100% of employees in the unit need to participate in customer development, working together to expand sales channels, being ready to sell, and being ready to seek opportunities to increase revenue for the unit. The entire unit must be very united , enthusiastic , and decisive in action. The organization and implementation of the Corporation's policies, programs, and scenarios must be very systematic and detailed. Unit leaders and heads must set an example , actively seek out large customers and high-revenue customers, and wholeheartedly guide and train employees in sales skills, carrying out business development tasks for the common goal and great aspiration.”
On behalf of all staff and employees of the unit, Director Dinh Thi Thu Huong pledged to continue to uphold the pioneering spirit and strive tirelessly to achieve higher goals in the future.
