Speaking at the opening ceremony of the exchange program, Editor-in-Chief of the Capital Women's Newspaper Le Quynh Trang said: To build a "Cultured - Civilized - Modern" City, soon becoming a globally connected city, deeply integrated, highly competitive with the region and the world, Hanoi not only needs decisions from the Politburo and the city's leaders, but also needs the joint efforts and unanimity of each citizen of the Capital.

Promoting the core and leading role in the city's women's movement, the Hanoi Women's Union has actively innovated the content and methods of the Union's activities, closely following the political tasks of the City and the direction of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Women's Union, launching and directing the implementation of many practical movements and campaigns associated with studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle.

Many specific models have been built and replicated by the Women's Union at all levels, bringing practical effects to the community, building new rural areas and civilized urban areas, for women and children, supporting the comprehensive development of women; arousing and promoting the spirit of mutual love, self-awareness and responsibility to the community and society of the capital's women's union officials and members.

At the Program, 6 typical advanced examples - good people, good Vietnamese are shining examples of Capital Women in various fields sharing about initiatives, creativity, efforts to rise up in labor production, contributing to the community and society in various fields. Many of these typical advanced examples have participated in scientific research, building new rural areas, civilized urban areas, businesswomen, armed forces, health care, education, and outstanding female Union officials.

The exchange program is an important event, honoring and spreading bright examples in the garden of patriotic emulation, building a civilized and modern capital according to Resolution No. 15-NQ/TW dated May 5, 2022 of the Politburo on the direction and tasks of developing Hanoi Capital to 2030, with a vision to 2045...
