In her opening remarks at the exchange program, Editor-in-Chief of Hanoi Women's Newspaper, Le Quynh Trang, stated: To build a "Cultural - Civilized - Modern" city, one that soon becomes a globally connected city, deeply integrated, and highly competitive with the region and the world, Hanoi needs not only policy decisions from the Politburo and city leaders, but also the collective efforts and unity of every citizen of the capital city.

Playing a pivotal and leading role in the city's women's movement, the Hanoi Women's Union has actively reformed the content and methods of its activities, closely adhering to the city's political tasks and the directives of the Vietnam Women's Union Central Committee. It has launched and directed the implementation of many practical movements and campaigns linked to studying and following the ideology, ethics, and style of Ho Chi Minh .

Many specific models have been developed and replicated by Women's Union branches at all levels, bringing practical benefits to the community, building new rural areas and civilized urban areas, for women and children, supporting the comprehensive development of women; arousing and promoting the spirit of mutual support, self-awareness, and responsibility towards the community and society among officials and members of the Women's Union in Hanoi.

At the program, six exemplary individuals – shining examples of Hanoi women in various fields – shared their initiatives, innovations, and efforts to excel in production and contribute to the community and society. These exemplary individuals include many involved in scientific research, rural development, urban development, female entrepreneurs, the armed forces, healthcare, education, and outstanding female Women's Union officials.

The exchange program is an important event, honoring and spreading exemplary figures in the garden of patriotic emulation, building a civilized and modern capital city in accordance with Resolution No. 15-NQ/TW dated May 5, 2022 of the Politburo on the direction and tasks of developing Hanoi Capital City until 2030, with a vision to 2045…
