According to the Department of Agriculture and Environment, the issuance of the land price list by the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City (old) in Decision 79/2024, the People's Committee of Binh Duong province (old) in Decision 63/2024 and the People's Committee of Ba Ria-Vung Tau province in Decision 26/2024 according to the provisions of Clause 6, Article 17 of Decree No. 71/2024 on land prices, does not have to be approved by the People's Council of the same level.

Thus, the consideration and approval of the continued application of the above 3 land price tables after the merger is under the decision-making authority of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee.

Therefore, the Department of Agriculture and Environment recommends that the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City continue to apply the above 3 land price lists in Ho Chi Minh City in 3 new areas from July 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025.

Pursuant to Clause 7, Article 22 of Decree 151/2025/ND-CP, the Department of Agriculture and Environment will submit to the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City to issue a new Land Price List applicable from January 1, 2026 according to the provisions of Clause 3, Article 159 of the Land Law and Clause 2, Article 8 of Decree 151/2025 dated June 12, 2025 of the Government .
